Steady Scaling provides:

  • Free SEO tools for website analysis

Free Tools

Our free SEO tools (Technical SEO Audit, Schema Scanner, etc.) are provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

  • Permitted Use: You may only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to analyze.
  • No Guarantees: Results are automated and may not capture all issues. They are not a substitute for professional SEO services.
  • Rate Limits: We reserve the right to limit usage to prevent abuse.
  • Data Handling: URLs submitted are processed temporarily and not stored permanently.

Paid Services

For website design and SEO services:

  • Pricing and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins
  • Website plans are billed annually unless otherwise specified
  • SEO services are billed monthly with no long-term contracts required
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code on this website are owned by Steady Scaling unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

For client websites: You own your content (text, images, branding). The underlying code and design remain the property of Steady Scaling unless explicitly transferred.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our tools to scan websites without authorization
  • Attempt to overload or disrupt our services
  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Resell or redistribute our tools or services without permission
  • Scrape or automate access to our tools beyond normal use

Limitation of Liability

Steady Scaling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our tools and content are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

We do not guarantee specific SEO results or rankings. Search engine algorithms are outside our control.

Disclaimer

Our services and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
